My journey on the internet based reality show called On the Spot has come to an end (a while ago). I was just scrolling down the posts on my site and editing the last of my personal journals and I’m filled with warm feelings. This isn’t a Joel heavy episode, which is nice for a change. We all looked so good and after Johnny made his little speech, we all felt like it was the end, so everyone started crying. I didn’t, but that’s because I save all my emotions for songs. I really fell in love with stylist Angela Fink. She is such a wonderful person to be around.

I’m not fit. I never workout. This is a very embarrassing episode, but it was a bit of a wake up call.
